Glenn Hendricks

Registered Physiotherpaist

Glenn Hendricks graduated with degrees in Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia and
a Bachelor of Science degree from Simon Fraser University (Biology and Kinesiology). Additionally he holds Certificates in Health and Fitness Studies and the Liberal Arts. He is a manual therapist with extensive post Graduate work in orthopedic assessment and treatment with a particular focus on lower
limb tendinopathies and hip, knee and ankle injuries.
 
Glenn is a function based physiotherapist who uses assessment tools and movement strategies to help people reach their goals. The treatment philosophy is to identify and correct underlying muscle imbalances and postural dysfunctions and then to develop proper movement patterns through specific exercises. The treatment approach integrates manual therapy, exercise prescription and education. Glenn takes a special interest in physiotherapy for the arts and recognizes that artists such as dancers and musicians use their bodies just as athletes do to
convey the nature of their art. 
 
Glenn bike raced for over 10 years (road and cyclocross) and has worked with horses from a very young age.
