She strongly believes that Pilates is the foundation of a balanced life. It lightens our days and opens possibilities. It gives one the passion to maintain a strong, capable, healthy body.
Ko Un has been trained in the STOTT Pilates method. Her repertoire includes:

– Intermediate Reformer
– Intermediate Cadillac
– Complete Stability Chair
– Complete Spine Corrector
– Complete Ladder Barrel
– Complete Arc Barrel
Ko Un focuses on her client’s individuality to help them achieve strength, flexibility, and pain-free movement. She is sensitive to varying client needs and limitations and is capable of implementing modifications as necessary. She guides clients of all ages and fitness levels toward their personal growth and achievement. Her teaching style involves bringing an awareness to the mind-body connection, strengthening the core, and improving overall posture. Improved performance, pain relief, and an increased feeling of well-being are some of the training goals she will work to help you achieve.
She instructs in both English and Korean
Outside clinic hours, she enjoys time outdoors exploring with her three children, working out at the gym, playing jazz piano, and spending time on her own Pilates training.
